Raise the bar.

Raise the bar.

Simply demand more out of yourself.

To demand is to require something to be done. Raising the bar is simply increasing the level that you require yourself to work put forth.

To raise the bar is to decide once and for all you will not settle for average.

You will not settle for a life that is less than what it could be.

You will not settle for leaving your gifts unfulfilled.

To raise the bar is to set out on a path that only accepts maximum determination and effort.

You will seek every opportunity to grow and challenge yourself.

You will seek every opportunity to provide extreme value to those around you.

At home, raise the bar. Maybe it’s the dishes you leave in the sink, or the laundry left unfolded. Maybe even that one drawer in the kitchen you just throw everything in to hide from your sight.

In your car, raise the bar. The empty water bottles in the back seat, or the dust on the dashboard, clean it up! You might only need a quick 5-minute car wash.

At work, raise the bar. Showing up barely on time, or even a minute late isn’t good enough. Get there early, be prepared, and do more than you are now!

In your relationships, raise the bar. How many times have you said yes to a friend only to end up canceling? If you know you’re going to cancel, instead, say no in the first place.

In yourself, raise the bar. Time after time, cutting every corner, taking every shortcut, yet you expect to reach your best? Stop it. Raise the bar.

Setting for less, that’s not better. That’s average.

Staying with the crowd, that’s not different. That’s normal.

Today, BE BETTER. BE DIFFERENT.
