Commitment is not conditional…

Commitment is not conditional.

You can’t just do it when you feel good. You can’t just do it when you perform well. You can’t just do it whenever you want.

Commitment requires your wholehearted dedication. Commitment requires your time, your effort, and your energy. Commitment requires your best.

The real question though, is how do you actually display just how committed you are?

  • Do the little things.

  • Follow through on everything you agree to.

  • Avoid missing an assignment or responsibility.

  • Take initiative to make things better without being told.

  • Go the extra mile, you can always do more.

The average person’s level of commitment wavers most when the results aren’t good enough. You aren’t here to be average though, are you? When your performance suffers you must maintain your effort, you must continue to be fully committed.

Stay committed through the tough times and ultimately the favor will change. Stay committed when everything is going great, and you create more momentum to keep things that way. Stay committed no matter what.

That’s what makes commitment so powerful, it all comes down to a choice. You either make the decision to do the little things or you don’t. It is truly that simple. You either go beyond doing what is required or you just do enough to get by. You either waver based on your performance and results, or you stay true, you stay dedicated, and you stay committed.

Commitment over time will produce the results you are looking for.

Do what you need to do no matter what. Day after day stay committed.

Commitment is not conditional.
